Gazpacho Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced tomatoes
1 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 garlic clove, minced
2 c. beef bouillon
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and let stand for approximately 4 hours at room temperature.
Chill and serve; garnish with chopped cucumber.
