Auntie'S Jelly Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Drop eggs in mixing bowl.
Beat well.
Add sugar; continue to beat.
Add water and sifted dry ingredients.
Add flavorings. Bake in 1/4-inch deep sheet cake pan, lined with heavy brown paper that is well greased, at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Turn out on damp tea towel.
Spread with jelly (grape or blackberry).
Roll and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Serve with warm lemon sauce.
