Spiced Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. nut meats
    1 egg white, beaten until frothy
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Roast nuts in shallow pan at 400\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
    Be careful not to burn.
    Stir in beaten egg white.
    Put nuts, sugar, cinnamon and cloves in bag and toss.
    Return nuts to pan and reheat for 3 minutes.
    Cool completely, then store in a covered container. This makes a nice Christmas gift.
