Turkey And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. salt
    Worcestershire sauce
    4 c. chopped, cooked turkey breast, skinned before cooking and no salt
Preparation
    In a saucepan, bring soda to a boil.
    Remove from the heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved.
    Stir in strawberries and lemon juice.
    Pour into jars or plastic containers.
    Cover and refrigerate up to 3 weeks.
    Do not freeze.
    Yield:
    1 3/4 cups.
