Saucy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. chili powder
dash of pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1 c. quick oats
1 1/2 lb. ground beef

Preparation

Combine first nine ingredients; mix well.
Add ground beef and mix thoroughly.
Shape into loaf.
Bake in shallow greased pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
