Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. margarine or butter
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    3 c. sliced apples
    cinnamon
    1 stick margarine or butter
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast and warm water; set aside.
    Work with finger or pastry blender 4 cups of flour, salt, 6 tablespoons sugar and 1 cup margarine, until small particles are formed.
    Add egg, milk and yeast mixture.
    Let stand overnight.
    In the morning, divide dough and press out on 2 large cookie sheets.
    Pare and slice apples and layer on top of each coffee cake.
    Sprinkle cinnamon liberally over apples.
    Combine 1 stick margarine with 2 cups sugar and 1/3 cup flour.
    Mix with pastry blender and spread over coffee cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
