Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless beef ribs or country style pork ribs
    curry powder
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. catsup
    chili powder
Preparation
    Rub ribs with curry powder until yellow.
    Then rub with chili powder until red.
    Place in crock-pot.
    Add onion and then catsup. Cook on medium until tender, about 5 hours.
    Skim fat.
    If sauce is too thin, remove cover and cook on high to reduce.
    Sauce is good on mashed potatoes.
