Make Ahead Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
2 slices bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 c. (4 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Crumble sausage in a medium skillet.
Cook over medium heat until brown; drain well.
Spread bread cubes in a buttered 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish and top with sausage and cheese.
Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
Beat well and pour over cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
Serves 6 to 8.
