Sour Cream Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. shell macaroni, cooked
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
dash of chili powder
Preparation

Brown sausage and green pepper in skillet.
Add tomatoes, sour cream and chili powder.
Add this to cooked macaroni and pour into large casserole.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed.
Serves 6.
