Remoulade Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. celery
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 pieces chopped garlic
1 qt. mayonnaise
2 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 lemon, squeezed
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 c. brown Creole mustard
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Can be served over boiled shrimp, salad and fish.
