Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    2/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 c. hot cooked rice with parsley (no salt)
Preparation
    In skillet in hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned; remove.
    Pour off fat.
    In same skillet, combine soup, water, mustard and pepper; heat to boiling.
    Return chicken to skillet.
    Cover; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring often.
    Serve with rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
