Dilly Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. green beans (whole)
1/4 tsp. hot, crushed red pepper (per jar)
1/2 tsp. whole mustard seed (per jar)
1/2 tsp. dill seed (per jar)
1 to 4 cloves garlic to taste (per jar)
5 c. vinegar
5 c. water
1/2 c. salt
Preparation
-
Pack beans in jars.
Add spices and garlic.
Mix vinegar, water and salt in saucepan; bring to a boil and pour over beans. Seal with canning lids and process.
Makes about 7 pints.
