Sauteed Bananas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
4 firm ripe bananas
4 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt the butter in a skillet.
Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise.
Cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes, turning once.
Remove to a dish and spoon the butter from the pan over them.
Sift the confectioners sugar on top.
