Summer Squash Casserole For Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow summer squash (6 c.), sliced
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. pared, shredded carrot
    1 (10 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. flour
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Toss stuffing mix with butter.
    Place 1/2 mix in crock-pot. Add vegetables mixed together.
    Combine soup, sour cream and flour.
    Pour over vegetables. Top with remaining stuffing.
    Cover and cook 7 to 9 hours on low.
    To use regular oven, precook squash.
    Add other ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
