Hamburger Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 1/2 c. cooked or canned tomatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. cut up green peppers
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and rinsed
Preparation
    Preheat electric skillet to 360\u00b0.
    Add shortening.
    When melted, add onion; fry, stirring, until just beginning to brown. Add meat; fry until browned.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Add tomatoes, celery, green peppers and cooked macaroni.
    Bring to a boil. Cover; turn dial to about 220\u00b0.
    Simmer about 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serves 6.
