Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size squash
    small onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small carton sour cream
    enough cracker crumbs and grated cheese to cover the top of the casserole
Preparation
    Scrape squash and cut into slices. Cook with chopped onion in small amount of water 10 to 15 minutes, drain and add soup and sour cream, mix well. Put into buttered 2 quart casserole dish, cover with cracker crumbs and grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
