Egg White Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 c. pecans (save some to put halves on top)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat
    egg
    white
    stiff.
    Add
    brown
    sugar, pecans and vanilla.
    Drop
    on\tgreased cookie sheet; bake 30 minutes in a 250\u00b0 oven.\tTurn off oven, but do not open door.
    Leave for 30 minutes more.
