Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/3 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter in a saucepan; add cocoa and mix well.
    Add boiling water gradually, stirring constantly.
    Heat to boiling; add sugar and syrup, stirring until dissolved.
    Simmer for 5 minutes; add vanilla.
    Serve hot.
