Ham And Cheese Biscuits(Low-Fat And Sodium) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. low sodium/fat free ham (approximately 1/2 lb.)
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (approximately 4 oz.)
    1 c. 1% low-fat milk
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of ground red pepper
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Coat a medium-size nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot.
    Add ham; saute 3 minutes.
    Combine ham, flour, cheese, baking powder and red pepper in bowl.
    Add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moist.
    Drop batter by heaping tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 22 minutes.
    Yields 1 dozen.
