White Chocolate Cheesecake(Makes 8 Servings. Prep Time: 10 Minutes.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 medium eggs
2/3 c. white chocolate chips
1 pkg. graham cracker crumb crust

Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until blended. Add eggs and blend well.
Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
