Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. water or chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender.
    Add 1 cup milk, thickened with 1 tablespoon flour.
    Put 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese in.
    Stir until melted.
