Christmas Rocks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
3 sticks butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Chop cherries, pineapple and pecans.
Pour orange juice over fruit and let stand 1 hour.
Sprinkle 1 1/2 c. flour over fruit & nut mixture.
Mix eggs, butter, sugar, 1 1/2 c. flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Add fruit mixture and mix well.
Spoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees until edges are brown.
Cookies will be soft.
