Breakfast Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker pie crust
    2 c. low-fat cottage cheese (1 pt.)
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 to 2 tsp. artificial sweetener
    1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
    grated lemon rind (optional)
Preparation
    Put cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla, salt and sweetener in blender.
    Whirl at high speed until smooth and creamy.
    Pour into shell and bake in preheated 275\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool in oven for 1 hour.
    Cover and chill before serving.
    One-fifth slice = 108 calories.
    For fun sometime, add a small can crushed pineapple, well drained.
    Omit lemon juice.
