Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Jack cheese, chopped
1 c. cottage cheese (large curd)
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 can Las Palmas enchilada sauce
1 doz. tortillas
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Heat sauce and dip tortillas in hot sauce.
Add 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture and roll.
Pour sauce over all and put grated cheese on top.
May also use chopped onions on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
