Meat Balls In Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. ground beef
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. grated potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients together; form into balls.
    In a large skillet, brown meat balls on all sides.
    Cover with the soup and milk.
    Let simmer 1/2 to 1 hour.
    Serve over rice.
