Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. macaroni (elbow)
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling salted water.
    Shred the cheese.
    Put minced onion and butter in top of a double boiler.
    When butter has melted, stir in the flour, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Slowly stir in the milk and 3/4 of cheese until the cheese has melted.
