Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. pickle relish
    1 to 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 c. rice
    1 can water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can beef consomme soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    4 large Irish potatoes, cooked
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
    1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Gently fold into all other ingredients.
    Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and stir, adding as much as you need to make it the consistency you want.
    Add salt and pepper to your taste.
    Chill 1 hour before serving.
    Serves 6.
