Skillet Turkey Lasagna(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. ground turkey
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. skim Ricotta
    3 oz. uncooked egg noodles, not pasta
    1 c. canned tomato sauce
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. Parmesan
Preparation
    Brown turkey with onions in a nonstick 10-inch skillet.
    Add 1/4 cup water.
    Then add the tomato sauce, tomatoes, the other 1/4 cup water, the seasonings and Parmesan, the Ricotta and the noodles.
    Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.
    Sometimes, I add mushrooms or chopped green pepper. Approximately 330 calories per serving.
