Chili Low Calorie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooked kidney beans
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pepper, chopped
    1 lb. lean ground chuck
    3 1/2 c. tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown onions, pepper and meat in skillet.
    Put in pot and add tomatoes and seasonings; simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add beans last 5 minutes.
    Serves 8. Has 250 calories, 10 fat grams; food exchanges equal 2 meats, 1 bread, 1 vegetable.
