Glorified Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    6 pork chops (approximately 1/2-inch thick)
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook chops in hot oil over medium heat with onions until browned on both sides.
    Spoon off fat.
    Stir in soup and water. Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chops are tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
