Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (4 1/2 to 5 lb.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stalk celery
    1 carrot
    1 onion
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 bunch broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen
    1 to 2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut up chicken.
    Add 5 cups water, salt, celery, carrot and onion.
    Simmer until chicken is tender.
    Remove chicken.
    Strain broth.
    Cube meat.
