Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    In small bowl, mix sugar, flour and cornmeal.
    In large bowl, beat eggs, butter, milk, lemon juice, rind and salt.
    Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
