Capellini With Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. capellini
    1/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 lb. bay scallops
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/2 stick butter or oleo
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.
    While pasta cooks, heat oil in skillet. Add garlic.
    Cook about 3 minutes.
    Stir in scallops, parsley, salt and butter.
    Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes.
    Pour over pasta.
    Serve with grated cheese.
    Serves 4.
