Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    1 can tomatoes
    1 medium diced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    6 small carrots
    3 medium potatoes, cubed
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 tsp. tapioca
    1 slice bread, cubed
Preparation
    Cut carrots in pieces and combine all ingredients. Do not brown meat.
    Put in a 3-quart casserole. Bake covered in a 325\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
