Gummy Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 c. chicken stock or 4 cans chicken broth
2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
4 cans biscuits
salt
pepper
curry powder (optional)
chopped chicken or turkey, cooked
Preparation

Bring stock or broth to boil in a large Dutch oven.
Add spices.
Cut up or tear biscuits into half and drop into boiling liquid.
Add chicken/turkey.
Stir well and reduce heat.
Cover and let cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Salt and pepper to taste.
