Cracker Jacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil all the ingredients until hard ball stage (270\u00b0).
    Add 1/2 teaspoon soda.
    Pour over 3 to 4 quarts popped corn.
    Stir until every kernel is coated.
    When cold, it will not be sticky.
