Hot Mustard Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Coleman's mustard (do not substitute)
    1 1/4 c. malt vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    6 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix mustard and sugar; add vinegar.
    Stir in eggs and cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
    If too thick, thin down with extra vinegar, adding a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
