Maple Flavored Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. Log Cabin syrup
    3/4 c. reconstituted nonfat dry or whole milk
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. Post Grape-Nuts cereal
    2 1/2 c. 1-inch bread cubes, toasted
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Blend in syrup, milk and salt.
    Add cereal and bread cubes.
    Pour into well-greased 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 50 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve warm. Yields 6 servings.
