Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small jar dried beef
Preparation

Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing well, until blended.
Add lemon juice, pimento, green pepper, onions, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
Mix well.
Shape into ball.
Roll in finely chopped dried beef and chill.
