Oven-Fried Pork Chops(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 rib pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. seasoned coating mix (for pork)

Preparation

Coat chops as package directs.
Line oblong dish with paper towel. Arrange chops, ribs toward center.
Heat on Medium 15 to 17 minutes.
