Easy Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks softened margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add other ingredients; mix well. Roll into balls.
    Place on a greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork or glass coated with sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until light brown.
