Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 oz. each) cans pineapple chunks, drained
    5 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Kraft shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Place pineapple chunks in medium size buttered casserole dish. Mix cornstarch and sugar. Add to pineapple. Stir lightly, but do not stir after this. Sprinkle cheese over pineapple. Sprinkle crackers over cheese.
    Pour butter over crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Very good with ham or pork.
