Fudge(Low Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Promise Ultra 70% less fat (tub)
    1 stick of 1/2 the fat Parkay or Blue Bonnet
    1 small can of evaporated skim milk
    12 oz. reduced fat chocolate morsels (Hershey)
    7 oz. jar Kraft marshmallow cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix margarine, sugar and milk over medium heat to boil.
    Stir constantly.
    Boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
    Add chocolate chips and vanilla.
    Stir until melted.
    Add marshmallow cream and blend.
    Put in greased 9 inch pan.
    Cut into squares (70 calories).
