Broccoli-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 stick melted butter, divided
1 can mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
1 (6 oz.) roll cheese with garlic
1 tsp. chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. slivered almonds
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation

Saute onion in 1/4 cup butter until tender.
Combine onion, soup, mushrooms, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, almonds and broccoli.
Mix well.
Spoon into a 2-quart casserole.
Combine stuffing mix and 1/4 cup butter.
Spoon over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
