Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    2 tsp. vinegar (optional)
Preparation
    Mix until consistency of corn meal.
    Slightly beat 2 egg yolks and almost finish filling a 1 cup measure with ice water.
    Add 2 teaspoons vinegar, if desired.
    This dough handles well and freezes well.
    Makes 5 pie crusts.
