Shrimp, Scallop Or Chicken Bisello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    8 cherry tomatoes, split
    1/2 lb. shrimp, scallops or chicken
Preparation
    Oil a 10-inch saute pan.
    Dust and flour shrimp, scallops or chicken and lightly saute.
    Add garlic, basil, salt and pepper; stir in white wine.
    Put in tomatoes, pat of butter and flour. Stir and simmer 1 to 2 minutes.
    Serve over your favorite pasta.
