Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add shortening, egg, sugar and salt.
    Add 3 cups of the flour.
    Beat well.
    Add remaining flour and stir into a smooth ball.
    Place into a greased bowl, turning over to grease top.
    Cover and let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down and turn over.
    Cover with a damp cloth.
    Place into refrigerator at least 2 hours.
    Shape as needed and let rise 1 1/2 hours until light.
    Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
