Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini (4 small ones)
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley (dry will work)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano
dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Pour in a square pan and bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
Cut into squares.
