Susan'S No-Knead Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast (regular or fast rising)
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix together thoroughly and add 5 to 7 cups flour, enough so dough pulls away from bowl. Cover with damp cloth and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
    Spoon into greased muffin pans and let rise another 30 minutes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes (until golden brown).
