Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned or 1 lb. thin sliced veal cutlets
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 egg, beaten with 1 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. crushed oregano
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces between plastic.
    Flatten with a rolling pin.
    Dip chicken in beaten eggs and dredge in flour, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper mixture.
